Open the catalogueMost equipment companies design at a distance from the patient. Ours can't. Dr. Parvathy Raveendran is a co-founder and a practising Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. She sees, in clinic, where equipment falls short, and that goes straight back into the product.
It began in 2015 as a conversation between two school classmates: Muralikrishna S, then a calibration engineer in the Middle East, and Dr. Parvathy, newly qualified MBBS. They kept circling back to the same problem. Reliable medical equipment was out there. It just wasn't within reach of the hospitals and the patients who needed it most.
Over the next several years he studied biomedical engineering, business management and social work, working with biomedical companies across the Middle East and India and teaching Biomedical Engineering along the way. She specialised in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. In 2021 the two of them, married by then, finally built the company they had been planning for years.
